Started

How is my price determined?

Our pricing is on monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis. The moment you start your membership, you are subject to pay that amount based on your interval. 

How can I pay for membership?
At the moment, we’re using Stripe as our payment processor and you can use the major credit cards to pay for your membership plans.
Which plan is right for me?
To determine the best plan, you need to consider how long you would like to get the notes and how long you would like to use them. As the notes get updated once in a while, it would worth trying the annual plan and save 50%!
Are there any restrictions to use the membership?
There is no restriction on using the membership as long as it is for the primary account holder. If someone other than you needs to access, they can buy their own service.

How can I login to the site?

You can login to the site by clicking on Login link in the menu above.

What do I need to login to my account?

You only need an email and a password that you provided upon registration. 

How can I see my active membership plan?

Please login to the site, click on the Your account link in the top menu or Dashboard in the footer of the site. Click on Subscriptions tab to see your membership plans and details about each susbscription.

How can I update my payment method?

 Please navigate to your account, click on subscriptions tab. From the table, you can find your active membership table. The active membership has a green “Yes” word in that membership row. There will be a button called “Update” in the same row of the active membership. Click on Update button and update your credit card. Make sure click on Submit button when you update your credit card information. 

How can I change my plan?

Please navigate to your account, click on subscriptions tab. From the table, you can find your active membership table. The active membership has a green “Yes” word in that membership row. There will be a button called “Change Plan” in the same row of the active membership. Click on Change Plan and choose your plan. You will be redirected to a registration page where you find all of your information and description about the plan. You will need enter your payment information and click on Sign Up to change your plan.

How can I see my previous payments & invoices?

Please navigate to your account, click on payments tab. You can view all payments made by you and click on PDF link to view the invoice for each membership payment.

Refunds

If I don't like your services, can I get a refund?
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We do not offer refunds where you receive access to the membership-based content, on payments we have collected for membership-related services, or on payments to other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to any third parties used in any context of content of www.rxchiron.com

We gladly offer refunds for billing mistakes. We do not offer prorated refunds. Unless you have a good reason, we don’t give refunds for services that you have already used. You can ask any questions at any time by emailing at info@rxchiron.com.
